Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos

Ingredients:

For the Cinnamon Chips:

  • 8 flour tortillas (small)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Topping:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

For the Strawberry Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam (warmed slightly)

Optional Garnish:

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
  • Mint leaves for flair

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Cut tortillas into triangle wedges.
  2. Brush each piece with melted butter, then toss with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Mix strawberries with the warmed jam for that glossy berry finish.
  6. Pile cinnamon chips on a plate, dollop cheesecake mixture all over, spoon on strawberries, and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
